A “load” as a noun is a specific recipe: 41.5 grains of H4350, Hornady 140 ELD-M, CCI BR2 primer, Lapua brass, 2.250” CBTO, 2,820 fps from a 24-inch barrel. Every variable in that recipe is pinned down and repeatable.

A load is reproducible if every component and step is documented. Forgetting to log lot numbers or primer source means the next batch may shoot differently and you won’t know why.
